BAND PARTS.

PLEASE NOTE: Band parts (where applicable) are available for HIRE only.
Such parts will normally be sent out one month before the first performance; are subject to a hire fee as shown on the appropriate page of this web-site or as notified directly by SchoolPlay Productions Limited and must be returned (the cost of any damage or loss being made good) at the expense of the the hirer within fourteen days of the final performance.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS:
In making this application the person named above as the "Contact Name" undertakes that he / she understands the conditions of an Amateur Performing Licence as set out on this page and including all the conditions set out in the printed copies of the script and agrees to abide by them and to be responsible for all Licence charges, Hire Fees and other dues arising out of this application.

PAYMENT OF ROYALTIES
NO MONEY is payable at the time of application.
An invoice will be sent after the final performance.

PLEASE NOTE
that the granting of an Amateur Performing Licence does not grant the right to make audio or video-recordings of any of the performance(s) for which separate permission is required.

APPLICATION FOR AUDIO or VIDEO-RECORDING LICENCE

PLEASE NOTE:

"OPEN REHEARSAL" means any Dress Rehearsal which may be attended by members of the public not directly cionnected with the production or with the organization which is presenting it. For the purposes of this Agreement PARENTS are counted as members of the public unless themselves carrying out some function within the production.

If applying for a RECORDING Licence in relation to the performance(s) listed application above the appropriate information must be supplied here:-
I wish to make recordings as shown below of some / all of the performances and / or Open Rehearsals of the above named play or musical.
I require an Audio-recording licence.
I require an Vidio-recording licence.
I require both.

Proposed SELLING PRICE per copy

* For this purpose each Performance / Open Rehearsal is a separate recording.

If THREE or FEWER copies are to be made of any recording there is a standard composite fee of Ten Pounds Sterling for VIDEO or BOTH types of recording; Five Pounds Sterling for AUDIO recordings only.

If FOUR or MORE copies are to be made of any recording or mixing of recordings there is a fee of Ten Pounds Sterling PLUS 10% of the PROPOSED SELLING PRICE of either VIDEO or AUDIO recordings.
