Synopsis: |
To his parents'
despair, Billy is always in trouble. Desperate measures are called for and a
microchip is implanted in his head - supposedly to curb his anti-social
behaviour. But it turns Billy into a strange being with an insatiable desire
for information; he is lured away by an evil Mastermind and it becomes a race
against time. |
