| Synopsis: | Despite constant interruptions from a "latecomer" the Chairman sets the scene as we witness the plight of Penny Forum, the young mother abandonned to the threats of the landlord's demands for rent, until rescued by her (late) husband's travelling companion, Roland Butter. |
